Hay does anyone experience a water bloat during there post cycle? It seems to happen to me all the time. I look great during my cycle but as soon as I go into post cycle recovery with HCG / NOV / and CL. (Not all at once) by the time wk2 hits I start to water over. This really sucks because all the time I spent training goes down the tube.
And during recovery my diet becomes even tighter. Plus I still train just as hard as I can but may not do the same volume as before because my body can not handle it. As well I take an ECA to pick me up for my workouts.
What gives? Do you guys have the same problem? If so is there a way around it?
