Been dieting for about 2.5 weeks now
eating ~2000kcal/day (+/1 ~300)
Been using:
Winny 75mg/day
Deca 600mg/wk
4-AD Cypionate 400mg/wk
250mg DNP/day in the evening before bed
Just started this past week:
Test E 800mg/wk
The Winny 4-AD, and DNP will continue...
I've only got about another week and a half of deca left, so hopefully the test will be kicking in by the time the deca is out of my system
I've used T3 in the past several times, and I swore I wouldn't touch the stuff again due to thinking it was inneffective and it just ate muscle. However, I was analyzing some before and after photos from a while back and noticed that I did get cut up pretty damn quick.
So here's the question: Given my current steroid use, what's the max dose of T3 I would want to use without losing much muscle? I haven't really lost any (or nothing really noticable) muscle yet, so I don't want to start now! I'm thinking I would like to run the T3 at 150mcg/day. Sound ok? I only want to diet for 2 more weeks so I can start my lean bulker when the test kicks in, and would like to lose between 4 and 8 more pounds in that 2 week time span.
