  • The best cycle

    If i am trying to drop body fat from 15% to 4% what is the best thing to take. Is there somthing that is going to get me strong without the weight and after I am off the cycle will i keep the results. I have some pink pills (d-bol) should i use these or just get rid of them

      Dbol will give you some water weight that you will not want.

      I saw a cutting cycle a while back that had Winny, Deca, and Proviron in it.

      You diet is the main thing weather you are bulking or cutting up. Any good As will help you in you bulking/cutting, its just how you use it and how well you stay in-tune with your diet and training.

        My next cycle which is cutting will have winny, tren, prop, eq, anavar and proviron in it. I will be running t3,clen,eca along with it. About a 14 week cycle. I expect to drop quite a few %'s. I would do gh but I know I am too young for it.

          Not too be a smart ass but Diet is the key to losing pounds.

          You can use a little AS to help keep from loosing too much mass. And GH will be a big help depending on your age.

            Take breaks from your clen every few weeks, it loses it's effectiveness quick. What about r3 igf1? I hear it's good for cutting. There's always DNP too, very dangerous but 7-8 pounds of bodyfat gone in a week. DNP will kill you if you take too much.

              You're shooting for nearly impossible results. 6%-7% bf is even hard to attain and harder to maintain. 4% is leaner than Jay and Ronnie who claim 5% on stage.

              A good basic lean mass cycle would be tren/test prop and switch from tren to EQ after 2-3 weeks. Nolva and FL-7 are proving a very potent combination for retaining your gains post-cycle.

                The margin for error is too slim with DNP. There is a fine line between effective and fatal.

                  Yep, DNP is very dangerous and uncomfortable. Research more about it on this board if you ever decide to go that way...

                        hey bro, id run anavar, masteron, test prop,gh and then clen post cycle...you might also consider running eq if you run your cycle for 12 weeks or more...

                        i think your goals are unrealistic, and you might want to focus on a sound diet instead of the gear doing the job for you. theres very few steroids that promote fat loss...


                        from the way it sounds you dont have alot of cycle expierence, so i wouldnt run fina if this is your first real cycle. ...what are your stats...hieght, wieght, cycle expierence...MM

                          You guys have to help me out on the abbreviations. All I know is winny, test, d-bol, and deca. Is 4% really that hard to get. Or does it depend on the fat test that you take. I took the three spot test and got 6%. When I took the nine spot test I got 9% that was five months ago. Now I am at 13, and that is with the three spot test, but I am still the same weight as 5 months ago.

                            6% is badass. 4% i am sure is attainable by a few bodybuilders but isnt maintanable. shoot for 10% or a little lower. the lower you go the harder it is to lower the BF.

                              I guess that is what I will shoot for. Aro und 8 or 9. Well really I am ju st going to try to get as low as I can. I have really changed my eating habits. Everybody thimks I am weird, preparing six meals the night before in tupaware bowls, counting every calorie I eat. But I gotta have the leaness
