Hello everyone,(sorry about lenthy thread)
I am fairly new to the board and loving the all the help and knowlage you guys are givin to the newbies.
Stats:23 5'10" 170 12% bf
Started:19 """ 138 15%bf
Not the greatest stats but with what I was given I made a pretty drastic improvement. My problem is that I plan on taking my 1st cycle soon(cyctahoh250). How could I run it to find a happy medium of bulkin up but not loose my abs.(I'll start cycle when at 160 8-9%bf) From what I've seen I thought people put on pretty much all muscle therefore reducing bf. Some say if I put on 20lbs I will gain a descent amount of fat and theabs will be gone but this might be info from people who are competing and are very anal about bf%. I will give my ideas and please crtique.
cyctahoh250 500mg/wk 10 weeks
wks 1-7 bulk up
wks 7-10 take clen, eat very clean but still high calories,and do alot of cardio.
Post cycle 3 wks after last shot clomid 1st day 300mg, 1wk100mg,1wk50mg
L-dex .5 eod
Nova on hand

I figure in wk 1-7 I can put on around 20 lbs and in wks 7-10 strip any fat gained during previous wks while keeping muscle. I am thinking this way because if I just bulked up and was finished in june I figure I wouldn't be far enough out of the cycle until august to safely diet with out losing the cycle gained muscle.
I would like to keep to one kind but may consider stacking like eq. Also I know some will say go with enthanate for tests but I already have the sust. If its that big of a deal I could get enth.
Just want to know what i should expect considering its my 1st.
