if he doesn't lift consistently tell him or take him to get him going regularly. get him doing some cardio and get his diet in check. once these are done he can think about juice.

Get an old bottle that had orals in it, fill it with some powdery pills and tell him to take 3 a day, put him on a diet, get him doing cardio and working out....compliment him daily. THen once hes a lil thinner hit him with some real stuff

I know that doesnt answer your question but its an alternative to saying "dad, you are fat and out of shape and your heart will explode if I give you anything "

but since the question has been posed. What are the possible dangers of juicing with a BF% of 20-30%? I am assuming there is cholesterol and lipid profile issues and all that. Is there a specific and dangerous aspect that is not present when someone with 12% bf takes em?

I think 250mg/week of test would do him wonders. Not really a cycle, more hormone replacement therapy, but at 42 years of age, not a bad idea.

I was thinking of taking him to the doctor and getting a phisical
see if i can get him on Hormone Replacement Therapy and bring up weight concerns, low energy and ask how the benefits of HRT help men over 40 what do you guys think

Go to the MD and first get a physical. Put him on Test. replacement therapy, 250mg p/w is great idea, and start slow. Cardio and light lifting. Get the heart and lungs pumping and in shape before any real AAS cycle should be used. Overall I like the idea. Heck, I am 38, married with 3 kids and I like playing chemistry. Friends wifes droooool. I hate when that happens...LOL

I agree. I'm 45 and it helps to have some incentive at times. At his age his hormone levels have likely dropped, that in and of itself will steal a man's motivation.

This could be a good possiblity also. Winny tabs would preserve muscle while losing fat and clen would harden the muscle and assist in fat loss. This could be the motivation that starts a fire that can't be put out.

i think if he doesnt do it without AS he wont ever do it on AS. AS requires alot of discipline and your dead obviously doesnt have any when it comes to being fit.
