I want to start a cycle soon but I study and work about 20-21 hours a day. Can I get by with that amount of sleep? How damaging/futile is this?

there is always a wall that I hit after a week or two. Most of my work is mental, aside from the gym. should i train only 3 -4 days/wk with this schdl?My teachings are like a finger pointing at the moon. Do not mistake the finger for the moon.
