    whats up guys, i know this is gonna get moved but it seems no one ever visits the training board. i was just wondering if i was the only one using HIT training methods in here... anyone else?

            I tried it. It didn't work for me personally. I need 3 to 4 sets of 3 exercises per body part to grow.

              well i just went to dorian yates website.. good stuff, he has a semi HIT approach. i think people would be happy with their results of such a program.

                I did it, I liked it, but it's not for long term use.
                Strength, Power, and Love of the game is all you need.

                  the Mentzer HIT program is interesting and appears valid from a scientific perspective. my only problem is that i can't stay out of the gym that long or i won't go back. i have been implementing Dorian Yates HIT style training for 3 weeks now. i have gotten stronger so far. i expect satisfying results
