    Coming off my 12 week cycle and I am so tired and have no energy to train. How long does the tiredness last?
    What do you guys do to up the energy level?

    i start stckers,clen 2 on 2 off and to cut the fat off. people are gonan say stay motivated blah blah blah, fuck that just add some chemicals dammit, if god didnt want us to be ripped he wouldnt have given us lab nerds who create these wonderful things.

    or stay motivated.

            It is completely dependant on the individual. I recently finished my first cycle and have not had one day where I have felt down. Despite working full time and going to school full time. I consider myself lucky though, I seem to have recovered quite quickly. Just means I'm gonna start earlier.

              i recover like shit it takes me wwell over a month but keep pluggin away and use caffine and ephedra like they said.

                  i feel the same way bro it really sucks when u can sleep forever. Take eca it will help. try to get ur testosterone back up as soon as possible that will help too.

                      Ephedra and some ISS Research Effervescent Creatine before workout. That should do the trick.
