That's f**ed up, and those guys need their asses beat, badges taken, and thrown in jail. Sorry bro if their your friends but that is bullshit.
A whole lot of cops do roids, but like the other guys said it was probably the rec drugs that got him. Hell I wish I had all the gear he got busted with. I've seen his "little box", I would not have to worry about cycles for a while.
