I've been noticing that i'm getting alot of muscle tightening and i have to stretch alot more before going into my workouts. I'm on the mid 4th wk of test/dbol cycle, could this be the cause. I sometimes try to extend my arms and my bicep tightens up and cramps......no pain or anthing, but i definitely don't wanta pull a muscle......

hey on my last cycle i would wake up with such cramps bro. if ur like me u were probably taking so much protein and not enough water. Chances are you arent taking enough water.
