    I am on week 7 of my cycle and I am taking 400 mg of QV test cyp and 400mg of QV EQ a week. One shot on Mon. and the other on Thurs. Both shots of course with 200mg of each gear. My last cycle was of sost 250 one shot on Mon and one shot on Thurs and I had way better results with the sost 250 than on this cycle. My diet and training has been the same with both cycles.
    MY QUESTION:
    Would it be ok at week 10 to start sost 250 twice a week for 10 weeks. Or is there something someone could recommend? Thanks for your input.

    how long apart was the two cycles??
    whats your stats?
    I'd say if its bunk gear, go get some blood work, and if everything perfect with no test suppressed then you can jump on it. But if its legit gear but you just dont like the results your getting, go in PCT right now and wait 3 months and jump on that sust cycle

      Are you making any gains that would be more than natural if so your shit is probably real! You are probably bigger now so if your eating is the same you need to eat more because the more muscle you have the more fat you burn!

          Well I know it is real cause I go get it my self and the Holograms and such are cool. I am trying to eat more than before but I still dont notice much. Should I take the sost Mon and Thurs or the MON WED FRI SUN TUES and so on. My last cycle was mon thurs But we always want better gains.

              I am 29 5'11" a 34 inch waist 210 lbs. I dont know my body fat % cause I have never been checked. But I know I'm not 5 or 10 %.Probably close to 15.

                Sust rocks. I am on QV Enan and dont like it. Only getting results off the dbol and Fina. Next time it is sust all the way baby!
                Learn the rules so that you know how to break them properly.
