If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Well some of you know that I was planning on starting a cutting cycle and then I broke my ankle a week ago....well I was just wondering if anyone took creatine while on a cutting cycle....one of my boys says yes the other says no....so I don't know...again cutting cycleis winny/t3/clen/test/etc....
I generally take 5-10 grams of creatine, but I am pretty lean anyway so the bloat does not hurt much. However, I have read where some competing bodybuilders such as Gunter and Coleman say they only take 3 grams to keep from getting bloated but still get some strength gains from it.
