I am a type 1 diabetic that uses humalog.
I have using it to my advantage with carb loading in post work-out.
I am wondering if any other diabetics here are using gear along with their insulin? And what is good or bad to try and still maintain decent glucose levels along with protein levels.
I am 6 foot 185lbs with about 15% fat.
I work out about 4 times/week 1 to 1 1/2 hours per.
I have stopped adding mass and am looking for something new to try, but want some advice.
