Need to lower my natural test

I've had some side effects from two surgery's and lots of pain killers in a 45 day time frame.

I'm not goining to go into detail as I have allready posted it. Belive it or not hairloss, body hair increase, sex drive lower, weak, and acne.. All of this and I had been and still am clean of AS.


Right now my test level is 380. I would like to lower it below 250.

I've been told to not sleep, limit my food intake and try to exhaust my body.. Should I do this for 1 day or several? What else?

Yes I can buy gear with less hasle I know that. I figure if I need to see the endo and I'm clean, I might as well get the most bang for the buck

seriously though depriving yourself of sleep or exhausting your body is bad and will lower other levels in you body other than test and will increase stress which causes all of your symptoms, and AS will only increase your side effects. if you want to try this method i would not do it more than 2 days a week and have your levels checked IMO

Do a Fina only cycle – that will lower your natural test and you won't lose any muscle.

I think he wants to lower his test levels in order to get a doctor to prescribe him HRT.

One thing you could do is take some estradiol (not a wise choice but it would lower natural T). There's also an estradiol cream.

As far as your plan on not sleeping, drinking, etc., it should certainly do the trick. I remember reading an article over at Testosterone.net, whereby the author (I forget who it was) outlined a step-by-step process on how to go about doing so (lowering your natural test temporarily in order to score some T).

"Your doctor, your dealr" was the name of that article and it taught you what to do in order to score some other drugs besides Test, like HGC, arimidex and such. Another idea for you to try is Spironolactone, orally that is not the stuff you put on your hair.

While I am getting blood drawn I might as well try and get some HRT.

I'm hoping that I'll get a script happy doc. If I can get it then great. If not I'm not goining to try another doc. Most of the endo's in my area have about a 20-30 day wait.

If he says no, then its no big deal.

Free gear? It would be about 200mg of test per two weeks. Most likely done as an injection by a nurse. That's not free gear, that's a waste of time bro. Free gear is when your gym buddy says "here is 100 amps of sust that I don't want" lol.

If you really want to lower test levels then the answer is simple. Get the sample done whilst you are on cycle.

Obviously the cycle cannot include test! I've done this on a cycle of winny and tren, just to see how supressed I was. I had almost zero test. You would want to do a very light cycle, as zero test would be too obvious and they would either suspect something or think you were about to die lol.

But my advice is don't bother.

Yes I know its only a slight amount of gear. I'm staying clean for the next 5 months. For legal and medical purposes... But if a doctor gives me gear then thats great.

Not only that free gear is good no mater how little of it, BUT having a piece of paper that says you can legally posses test is VERY good. Think of those ppl that got pulled over for who knows what and got busted for illegal possesion.

Well I got a script for androgel. 50mg per day.

Legal and free.

Androgel cost 200 per month. I'm glad I have insurance!

Its only temp. I plan to start a cycle in three months. Its going to be great learning and waching what happens each months to my hormone level. But I hate giving blood

Good point Norr, I sometimes forget the laws are different in the US. This is not a problem in the UK.



Ryker77 - How did you "beat" the blood test? Did you go on cycle?
