I do have a fairly low bf%. I assume I am around 10-11% at the most. I have ab definition and a great shape. I have gained around 17-18lbs of lean muscle mass. I actually lost fat while on this cycle. Trust me the weight I am looking for is muscle. I dont consider fat as a good cycle and yes it is avoidable while on, you just have to ration your intake to excatally what you need
