      Yeah, my math concluded the same thing ----> he's sleeping 10hrs a day on average!

      But eating twice a day is a joke when trying to put on mass of any amount. I was supremely hardheaded about this from when I was like 17 to 25ish......I finally woke up and learned that without food, you aint doin shiiiaat :p ......and I'm thin built all the way, so I REALLY needed to get this through my head.
      But on to my main point ----> if his training habits reflect his diet, then he needs to train harder/more often too (not just eat more) One without the other = "weak" juice, haha

        And one other thing......the easy way for him to tell if he's eating enough, is to eat until he finds himself shitting 3 times a day or more, and pissing clear from all the water Extra money spent on toilet paper is a good thing

          8:00 am myoplex shake and all your vitamans,flax oil
          10:00am chicken breast brown rice
          12:00 am Subway ft long meetball sub
          2:00 pm myoplex bar
          4:00Pm Tuna melt
          6:00 pm Supper eat huge steak and spagetti ect..
          8:00 pm Snack
          10:00 pm Myoplex shake

          *water all day long

          Force yourself to eat if you have to I do

            i def keep my diet cleaner then that, and dont use the shakes and bars as meals use them as additions to meals.

                    take more protien and eat atleast 6 times a day and a rest peroid a few hours after work out these things made me grow i went from 222 to 245 in about 3 months w/out gear so gains can be obtained it all falls back on diet, diet doesnt always mean to loose weight it can also mean to gain weight
