  • First Cycle

    On a first cycle of test depot taken 2cc a week for 8 weeks...do you advise to take nolvadex with it to keep risk of gyno...or what else should be taken with it. I am 6'0 and weigh 190....took the first shot friday...

    its up to u bro.. im on my first cycle right now also , i first decided not to take it but now ( after 3 weeks) i decided hell why not... i start 10mg ED from the 3rd week...

    ur personal choice, u can do it either way

        Yeah keep the Nolv on hand.... You wont need it unless the gyno starts to begin...

              once a week, weekends off....i do this:
              mon-chest
              tues-arms
              wed-legs
              thurs-shoulders
              fri-back
              sat and sun-off

                  i forgot to add, i am cutting so i have been doing cardio 3 days a week and will do it 5 days a week soon....you could do it twice a week if you wanted, i like to do a little regardless of bulking or cutting just because it helps with resting heart rate

                      Im more into PL so I do 4x a day (WSBC). But even BB, I never was a fan of more than 4x. I respond better to heavy intense training than the lighter more frequent styles.

                        2.5 weeks ago i was 312.....now i am probably 295, i get weighed wed. i usually take in around 300grams of protein since i am cutting. if i am not cutting i get like 400grams. just keep the protein at about 1.5 grams per lb.
