a friend a the gym told me yesterday, that in a hgh-cycle, it is good to start with a small amount and then increase the amount.
in my case (i want to to 3ie a day, 5 on/2off), i should start with 1ie in the first week, 2ie in the 2nd week and 3ie in 3rd.
i have never heard of this way to handle a hgh-cycle, except for guys who want to take 6-8ie or more.
i thought i can (and i should) start with 3ie in the first week and stay at this level th whole cycle.
if it is right what my freind said, what is with the end of the cycle. lower down the amount of hgh the same way???
