I will be done with my cycle in november! it has been dbol and test. How long do I need to wait befor I can go again???? would like to start after the first of the year as soon as I can! Just want to know whats the best!

best is time on =time off . but i saty on 7-8 mths then take a 3 mth break -
General rule of thumb:
Time off = Time on
Personally, It really depends on how well you recover.RIP BigJim33 & GearedUp: You are sorely missed my friends.

The basic rule for those FAIRLY new to steroids (meaning only a few cycles under their belt) is time on = time off, so if your cycle was 12 weeks, you need 12 weeks off. I just run year round though.Comment
