Is HGH - humanatrope, saizen, etc. readily found in the Mexico / Border environmnts?

Note: I am not asking for a Source ............... I am wondering how hard it is to find down there.

I am considering a HGH cycle and just wanting to gather as much info as possible.

Look at up to 7 dollars or more per iu at a pharm in mexico. Good luck with that.
