steroids can cause intra-uterine growth retardation (IUGR) in the foetus if the woman is taking steroids while being pregnant... so if it can change and fk up the fetus i think it can do the same to ur sperm...

Totally disagree about sperm quality. Its does afftect volume but doesn't in no way affect the baby. Only way the baby can have defects is if the woman who gets pregnant is on juice
