  • I hate this crap!!!!!!!!!!

    I wanted to start my cycle about two weeeks ago and got a cold and had to go out of town so I put iit off for a while....well I broke my F*****G ankle today....so....looks like I'm going to have to put it offf for a little while longer.....and the bad thing was I did it walking down the steps to get a thing of protein out of my car....

    i hear ya man it could be worse though think about if u broke ur ankle during the 3rd week on the sause, when it finally started to kick in. What would u do or what would anybody do if that happened to you.

        I know it sucks but at least it happened pre-cycle.

                I got to go see the doc in a little while to see if I need anyhting other than a cast.......hopefully no surgery....I did heel quickly after I had my acl replaced last time......got back to training after a week....

                    Damn bro! Thats rough. Get better quick and dont hit it up until you are totally healed. Just like grdfreak said, imagine being into it already and having something go wrong. Talk about being pissed off ... good luck
                    Learn the rules so that you know how to break them properly.

                      wasaddict has it right. massive upperbody training. you'll probably work out anyway so why not use the gear. get well bro.

                        I gotta disagree, why not just be patient and make the most of the cycle when he's not injured rather than jump into it with an injury and not be able to let your legs take advantage of your gear. I'd just train natty till i was healed then hop on your cycle.

                            Good news....ortho doc said I just need a cast for 6 weeks so no surgery...thank god.....just cracked it so he said the cast should help it heel fine.....be on cruches for a little while until I can reallly bare weight on it so I'm probaly gonna stop lifting until next week..so that the pain and drugs can go away a little...then just train light until I can resume training at full speed....and oh yeah definitly gona save my shit....why waste it....
