        ALT(SGPT)- alanine aminotransferase
        GGT- Gamma glutamyltransferase

In the case that AST and ALT is elevated, it needs to be compared to the GGT to determine whther it's muscle trauma raising the AST and ALT or if it's liver trauma.

AST and ALT can be elevated from muscle trauma/tissue damage and if it is, it needs the comaprison. If the GGT level is normal, thats an indicator that the elevated levels are muslce trauma from working out.
"The tragedy of life is not found in failure but complacency. Not in you doing too much, but doing too little. Not in you living above your means, but below your capacity. Never failure but low aim, is life's greatest tragedy"- Benjamin Mayes

"The power of accurate observation is commonly called cynicism by those who have not got it"- George Bernard Shaw
