    I am starting an upcoming cycle: wks 1-5: 30mg.ed d-bol
    wks 1-8: 400 mg. deca.

    what is the most effective routine for maximizing muscle gain?
    compound movements in the 1-5 rep range?
    mixing it up in the 6-8 rep range?

    how often should i work out? currently i go 3 on 1 off. should i go 5 days a week?

    bodypart a day? two a day? upper and lower?

    whats the best?

    do what ever works. it is important that you dont over train. some people think that just because you are on juice you should spend your life in the gym throwing around plates, it is not true. an hour a day, 5 days a wk, w/cardio.
    btw... dont overtrain(most important)

    ht: 5'11"
    bf%: 11%

      1 body part ed thats what i do and the deca needs to run 10 weeks at the least imo

        Smart guy! I agree. My exact thing too. However with the cardio keep it to a minimum. You are bulking so not too much
        Learn the rules so that you know how to break them properly.

        This is just role play! Drugs are bad Mmmm'kay!

          I do both low reps and high reps. You have different types of muscle fibers in your body. Hit them all for maximum growth.

            Hypertrophy is best achieved in the 10-12 rep range. Three on and one off is fine. Do whatever works best for you and your schedule. Just make sure you work each bodypart once a week. More, if you want to prioritize a certain bodypart.

              i start with a weight i can do 10-12 then go up in weight where i can maybe hit 7-9 then go heavy 4-6. i think i get the benifit of both high, moderate and low reps.
