noticed some tenderness under my left nipple so i took two clomid 50 mgs a piece clomid is a mild anti from what i read on an mds list i cant seem to get my hands on nolva.has anybody been straight up with there doc and he prescribed it?not as tender already

seems strange that you can get clomid but not nolva...you're right in the fact that clomid acts as a mild anti-estrogen so i would just take 100mg/d for a week or so and see if that helps...you should always have nolva on hand just in case...its cheap; a lot cheaper than having to have surgery to get rid of gyno

Nolvadex is really easy to come by so I don’t understand why you can’t seem to find any, but I also don’t know your particular circumstance.

Others might say it won’t, but I know from experience that Clomid does help. At least it helps me. Also, Zinc will help considerably. 30mg to 50mg every few hours throughout the day.

What are you on? Remember bromocriptione is the only thing that will help with gyno caused by Deca and tren.I prefer to just use arimidex as it keeps the water adn the titties off

next cycle, arimidex throughout. stop it before it starts. arimidex too expensive for you then go for liquidex. nicely inexpensiev and very effective

50mg of clomid is a little light, I would use 100mg, and order some nolva or ari, use the clomid till the good anti e's kick in.

When running it throughout the cycle, 20mg/day is fine. If you're leaving it out 'til you notice signs of gyno, then as soon as you feel it comming on, take 80mg first day, then 20mg/day. In both instances, you want to use it right 'til the end of post cycle recovery.

r u talking about arimidex or nolvadex? Most arimidex tabs are .25- 1mg's . 1 a day will keep the gyno down almost always, if you have some exces bloat go with 2 tabs a day. i use chinamans and hit 1 in the AM and 1 in the PM

I have only seen 1mg tabs of Ari, or generic. Ive only used pharmacuitcal brands. The tabs are cheaper than liquidex anyways.

Better yet, get Aromasin. It ends up being cheaper since its so much better (IMO 25mg Aromasin = ~ 2mg Ari). You can get away with running Aro EOD or even E3D as well since it is a suicidal inhibitors and the effects are permenant so when you take the drug away, whats done is still done. Wont give you the most even E blood levels...but I dont think that would make a difference anyways.


If your using Nolva and gyno symptoms appear, I use 80mg ED till signs start to decrease, I then run 40mg for at least 10 days after the last signs go away, I would then drop to 10-20ED for the remaining.
