      i like to stick with low rep,heavy, compound excersises while on the juice.

        i usually stay in the 6 rep range, except for cables, ect.

          Thanks, for the tip. I have always done 10-12. Ive always been scared that I wouldn't work the muscle enough in 6-8 reps. I've read in mags that that is what people have done but you cant always believe what you read...........Thanks again.....Oh yea when you are on gear does anyone not rest and work out every day....just wondering...........
