I was working my delts last night and after just 3 super sets of laying bench delt raises & plate raises the burn in my delts was soo intense that I had to stop my workout. They usually burn more then any other muscle but never like this. They would not stop hurting. No position I put my self in releived it. Driving to work afterwards was even a chore. Was it just an intense workout? ? Or would the aas have anything to do with it ? ? Anyone else get big burns on dbol or enanth? Or even just big burns in teh delts

Yes, DBOL = MAJOR PUMPS! I was squating a couple of days ago and my lower back/quads burnt so much it wasn't funny. I had to litterally go lie facing down to relax on a bench. My arms too......actually, my biceps get pumped with anything i do that involves my arms. Pulling/Pushing movments makes them go haywire. Even trying to take off tops of the penut butter or taking off the tops of tuna cans with a can opener makes them feel tight. Wierd, but good!"We are born small and weak"
