I agree guys I think research kits is starting to suck. Actually they have messed my order up both times that I have ordered. Yes they have fixed it but how hard is it to just get it right the first time? I have emailed Chem and PM'd him with no response, plus I never got part of the order I paid for.
This is the response I got from his dwarf shipper one time
I emailed him and told him the order was wrong and expected him to fix it
The shipping guy wrote:
"Before you make me kiss your ass too much I must tell you that you did order the open vials, not the sterile vials"
I know for a fact that I ordered the right stuff and this was just a plain mistake on his part, there was no need to be a smart ass about that ya know?Comment

i know who you are also. the bottom line is.. YOU NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING FROM US. You had asked me to bring you products to the gym for you and i refused. Sorry. You do not have any orders with us, so how could you be so upset with us?
even though everything is legal we sell, I deid not find it appopriet to walk into my gym with kits that contain syringes. Sorry.
as for products for moderating, i told youto e-mail tom....at e-mail address i gave to you..he has nothing.
again...the bottom fucking line is you never ordered anything from us

I like RK. Even though the prices on their research products are very high, I still choose to order from them, for the simple reason that their customer service was the best, and i can trust them. If their service starts to slip, as it appears it has, they have nothing more to offer, except high prices. Hope they get back on track.SUPERMOD@ LORDSOFIRON.COM (invite only)

you know RK catches more shit than any company I have ever seen. I am gonna order from them and see for myself,but I just think people panic if their order isn't there in an hour. for the most part anyway. I will let you know how my experiance goes.

1. you have been e-mailing th old address. the new e-mail was posted on the website well over a month ago.
2. we made a "new contact" post on every board about a month ago. If you did not update your e-mail address for us, then what the hell are we supposed to do?
3. THE BEST POINT I NEED TO MAKE THAT I PERSONALY REVIEWED YOUR ORDER. YOU ORDERED THE WRONG GOD DAMM VIALS.YOU GOT EXACTLY WHAT YOU ORDERED AND PAID FOR VIAL WISE.
4. As for pm's...i am not here all the time,but back to point one (above) I my self have an updated e-mail. it is c@researchkits.com -- if you had gone to our website, you would have seen this.
or you could have maybe noticedthis post that was on EVERY big board on the net.

I had an order with RK last month during the time that they were having some supply problems and the email issue. Here is my experience with chem and Tom. After 10 working days waiting for my order I email customer service and the email bounced, user unknown. OK so the next day I PMed chem, told him who I am, my order number and how long it has been and what email address I used that bounced. He PMed me back within the hour and gave me the new email address (customerservice@researchkits.com) and told me to email Tim there. I emailed Tim that night and the next day got a reply saying that they were having supply issues with my order. About a week and a half later I saw chem post here that their supply issues were over and I still didn't have my package so I emailed Tim again asking what the status of my order was. Again within a business day I got an answer that all outstanding orders were shipped the day before and I got my package two days after that. theangrydwarf's post address what they plan to do about the supply issues, and in my experence both chem and Tim are reasonable ppl that will address their customers concerns.Comment

why are ppl so quick to post this garbage in new threads always... these guys cant get back to you in like 2 seconds lol....have some patience. Chem has been around for awhile and that should tell you that he has pretty good business ethics to be around for so long...sorry if i sound pissed off its just that i am tired of hearing researchkits this and researchkits that....i dont know why im so pissed i dont know chem no affialiation with researchkits whatsoever just pisses me off...lol...Comment
