im shooting sust and im outta options -did quads last, cant do shoulder cause im benching tommorrow, same goes for tris , only other option is really biceps and im not feeling that yet (although i plan on doing them soon)

Why not just go glutes.... I know there a pain in the ass (no pun intended....) But usually for me if I am shooting something painful (prop, sust...) it makes it easier on me, and doesn't hinder my workout performance at all...... Oh and then you won't walk like a gimp for three days either......
did glutes a week ago, i like to spread it around alot so i dont get too much scar tissue..
i did my calf and it isnt too bad at all.. i found its harder to walk normal when i do my quads... the thing i found with calves is the needle hurts like a biatch going in...
