Ok here is my answer. The first piece of gear I ever bought was the one on the left in the last picture. That was the early batches for sydgroup. Since then I've bought more of their stuff. They have switched to using squared edges and holagrams (usually putting them on the flip top lid). Originally they had round edges and holograms. So the answer is neither is fake. Look at the batch numbers... their different.

My bottle is EXACTLY the bottle pictured on the right. It has a flip top and the holgram on it. The flip has no writing though. I have noticed from some pics i have seen, that there is some writing on the Flip top. Any input?

No, I dont think it is...But I am just being anal...you never know! Plus I have seen a post where someone wrote to sydgroup and received confirmation that labels had been changed.

holding the one on the right right now- hope its real ive never had any problems with sydgroup i love it i even have a key chain of the kangaroo but my does say "flip top" under the hologram on the top.
