drinking it is fine, you really dont lose anything by drinking it. you can mix it with some grapefruit juice

I thought that you lose some of the mg in the juice when it gets digested in the stomach

drinking it or shooting it makes no big diff in the efectiveness or on your liver whinny is a 17aa so you can do either or , i like to shoot mine
