If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
This is what I advice as a newbie myself: READ READ READ! Dat is what i have done and still doing. DIET is the key, not juice. There is no magical pill/injection that's gonna get you looking buffed/huge/lean/Abercrombie & Fitch material.....whatever your goal is. Get your diet and training together, and you should be able to grow. Learn all the right techniques, lift heavy, eat like a horse, and rest like dead person!
But if you really insist that juice is for you at this time, this is the cycle i'm on at the moment, happens to be my first. I have no complaints!

Weeks 1-10 500mg/Test Enanthate per wk. in 2 seperate injections.
Weeks 1-4 30mg/Dbol per day divided throughout the day. This is just used to kickstart the cycle. Good strength gains along w/water retention. Not too bad for me though
