    I was wondering what everybody's diet is like when they are not lifting weights? Seein as I'll be on vacation, I thought it would be a good time to take a week or so off.
    Please keep this in the anabolic forum, i'll faster replys

      Well how long have you been off the sauce for? If it's been a while and you think you're past that "safe point" of keeping your gains, then depending on your weight, I'd keep calories somewhere in the 2000 - 3000/day. Just make sure you keep your protein intake high to feed the muscle and help keep it there. Enjoy your vacation, I don't think you'll lose 30 lbs.

        Diet stays the same for me too. Don't worry bro enjoy the time off whatever you gain you can burn off with cardio when you get back. Everything in moderation.

              Thanx for the input fellas.
              I'll be gone for 10 days. Half of it is business so I won't be partying to much and can moniter what i eat.
              I've been off the juice for about 2 months and bridging with Slin.

                I eat pretty much the same just without the constant counting of calories and such.
