  • after lay off cycle?

hey bros, as many of you know I'm healing from a motorcycle accident/injury where I lost my spleen, colapsed a lung, and fractured 6 ribs. While far from healed I already am thinking about cycles....my next cycle was going to be Abombs, test cyp, and deca. But my question is would it be wiser to hit a lighter cycle of say anavar or primo for a month or so to get my weight back up when I hit the gym. I've lost almost 30 lbs in 2 weeks since my accident and it all has been muscle! Doctors told me the loss of an internal organ with accompanying blood loss would percipitate a 10 lb loss. So I've probably lost around 20 lbs mostly due to not being aloud to eat for 8 days and my appetite is just now coming back....

    any opinions?

if it helps I've been cycling for 3 plus years 8-10 wk cycles with 6-8 wks off inbetween cycles. I'm 5'9" and before accident I was a little over 210 at 8-10% BF. I'm now 182 lbs as of today.

Agree with Jack. I would try to gain as much of your strength back naturally while you fully recover from your accident. Then I would think about a cycle. I think you will be much happier with the results.

i would train hard for at least 6-8 months before starting a cycle, then go from there

you know I know all this but human nature takes over...I'm a personal trainer and I've trained so many people coming back from accidents and other medical situations but now I can really see were they were coming from. I am eating clean, keeping my protein levels high is hard due to the inactivity....but I am healing fast though!!!!

                thanks saturn
