First time D-Bol user

    Learn from my mistakes........well, actually didn't do one, but corrected my thoughts before i did. I was thinking the same thing before i went on my first cycle which i'm still on right now as for only orals. Screw that, most say that you get your best gains off your first cycle, so IMO i say u do it right the first time. You have to get over the "scary thought of the needle". Yes i was nervous as hell when i poked my self, but trust me, after that first time, it's no biggie, HONEST! What are your goals? Fat loss? More muscle/size? Like IntensityX said, TEST should be the base of every cycle. If you aint' ready for the needle, u ain't ready to juice. I would run TEST Ethan. at 400-500mg/wk for 10wks........you'll seriously get some strength/size gains! I'm up 12lbs, very little water retention, serious strength gains and am only on the beginning of the 4th wk. "6" more wks to go BABY!!! Hopefully another 10 - 15lbs!

    Note: DIET is ALMOST EVERYTHING!!! IF that isn't in check, you won't get anywhere. Understand the importance of diet. My 2 cents..........

      Listen to the majority. If you are going to take the plunge into roids, do it right. Test only is better than dbol only. I chose both for my 1st cycle.

      You say you aren't worried about the needle, but most people that come on here asking about oral only cycles are indeed worried about sticking themselves. It's not that bad bro, and actually safer all around. The oral only cycles are much more harsher on your liver. Dbol shouldn't be taken more than about 4-5 weeks max for your first cycle and with Test, you can go at least 10 weeks and will have better, maintainable gains.

      Key thing is still diet and training though.

          If I were you - I'd spent lots of time doing cardio before doing a cycle. - 20%bf is too high for a cycle - IMO - especially Dbol. -

          It will bloat you - with high BF and water - it will be very hard on your heart.

            This is not worth debating, add test or just test, or at least deca. I would do test only, 500mg a week for 12 weeks.

              Thanks alot all for your replys. I appreciate it much. I will get the BF in check forst. Whats a good % to drop to before I start. My problem is I have cut arms, legs, but I have a pot belly.

                i started at 15%, but my goal was just to gain weight/muscle regardless of bf%........i've seen most people here start when their bf% is 10%......but it's all up to you though

                  Try to get it under 13% - your belly will firm up.

                  I personally think the lower the better - this way you can bulk up and pick up a couple of % fat.

                    I guess what I mean by this is I have 2 bottles of Super One+ laying around that I havent used yet. 1-test and 4-ad. If I ad this to the D-Bol I got from a reliable and trusted friend for free, would this be OK. I havent spent a dime on the D and I bought the Super One + like 7 months ago and havent used it yet. This has to be better then just a D cycle. Im not willing at this time to spend anymore money on this. I just bought a new house, car and just got married. Cash flow is thin now.
