yeh, but thats why its made that way. You have to spread it out over the course of one day. Taking one pill, defeats the purpose.RIP - Geared

I DID 10 DAYS ON THEM AND NOTICED RIGHT AWAY.ONLY HAD 30 PILLS HAD TO SWITCH TO THE 5MG ORANGE ONES WICH ARE STILL GOOD.Disclaimer: Steroid use is illegal in a vast number of countries around the world. Good stuff. 10s are actually much better. But I remember about a year ago on EF that 40-50mg vars were a huge rave. Guess people realized its not worth it.Comment
