when does the "time-off" begin... after last AS injection or after your post cycle therapy? i tried a search but couldn't find anything; please forgive if this is redundant
There is really not an exact answer time on = time off is just an approximation but the correct protocol would depend on the type of AS you are using. Longer test such as cyp or enth will take 3 weeks to clear your system. So that is when time off would begin.

I say time off starts as soon as post cycle recovery is done. When natural test levels and such are back to their normal levels without the help of drugs.

IMO time off starts with full HTPA recovery and homeostasis. Usually this will be a few weeks after clomid. FULL recovery. This also means IMO in the time on vs time off debate, time off = 0. To me the whole point of coming off cycle is to allow your body to recover and regain homeostasis.
As a rule of thumb i take off the same amount of weeks I was off. Remember your natty test being back isnt always the only factor. 1- Your health is foremost. IF i was using a heavy cycle with heavy dosages of 17AA orals, I would take some time off for the liver, and probably trey to start my next cycle not using any 17aa's
