  • Man my cycle .......

    Man I'm so pissed for doing week 1 cause it was a waste , gotta stop partying like rockstars . Gotta stay focused now . I got so depressed after being (yaed out) strung out for a couple days . It figures , I start my cycle and what do u know u see a couple of old friends u havn't seen in awhile and party it up . Well gotta hit the weights again . Man so many choices in life .

      Yeh , I think that's gonna be the last of partying like that till spring / summer . No more partying , time to get serious . I went without drinking alcohol for 5 1/2 months before I just got to get in the right mindset .

          Hey, thats the last thing you want to be doing when your trying to build muscle. You don't eat so your muscles just shrivel. Youv'e to get focused and say it's all about the muscle. You got to EAT.

                yeah for real, juice at a time when yer not gonna be drinking, etc. i usually wait for right after summer when school starts.. keep it away from spring break and stuff like that

                  I've been in your shoes before bro.... its tough.... i did blow 2-3x per week for six weeks straight while being on gear, and i'm talking a lot of blow when i did it.... Didn't lose anything but didn't gain either, stoped the blow the next six weeks, gained 17 pounds on the same amount of gear in that time span. Then and there i vowed to never do it again... to date, i think i have once in the past year. Bad bad shit. But you already know that... right Good luck bro...

                    That's what I do. I just started my new cycle today. Been back to school for a month now, and now I'm in study mode...so I'm not partying much...and now that I've started my cycle, I wont be drinkin' when I go out with the boys. They love having a full time DD though
                    I bend but I do not break.

                        avoiding parties is one thing.....that i can do with no problem avoiding a good ol' night of drinking and messing around with a lady friend is another.... thats my weakness.
