As some may know I`ve been suffer`in from major tendonitis.
I have had to cease all upper body movements for over two months now--It sucks!
Done the Doc anti-inflam thing--No help.
Strechin` and ice is finially helping "some".
Question is: I don`t intend to push it too far, but if the tendonitis in my elbow gets reasonably better(?) I want and feel the need to return to hittin the weights(cycle).
I have some unused Deca. Does anyone see any benefit with the joint pain I`m experiancing?
I hate the Deca blote--but my 39 yr old frame loves the joint lubrication effects. Just not sure if it will help or is wise while I heal. Thoughts???
