It’s not a book on gear, but if you are interested learning more about the human machine, I suggest Harper’s Biochemistry. Being that it’s a medical book it’s not exactly a casual read, but it is a wealth of information.Comment

Damn man, I had a link to a great book and now I can't find it.
This board has a lot of great info -- The first hand expiriences that people share are invaluable. But remember to always be somewhat skeptical.
Reading CURRENT books is the best way to validate what you are told. Plus you can begin to provide more insight to this board.

THrough some of m y classes I already have the a&p....and muscle charts book....used to be in pre med....I think I'm going with legal muscle, steroids 101, anabolics 2004, and the one lite gear suggested....sounds good......Comment
