I think one dropper is 40 or 50mgs I would take almost a full dropper, many people got mixed results before even from the 25mg pills and paper cialis because the dose was to low they needed 50mgs which is why companies are now making more 50mg pills than 25mgs!

i usually take either 50mg cialis or 25mg cialis and 50mg V.... but no matter what the dose is i get a headache... that's why i always take it with a tylenol/excedrine/aspirin (or something like that) and usually it works, i don't get the headache...
i took once 50mg cialis and 100mg V and had such a big pressure in my sinuses i couldn't breathe at all through my nose... and my head was really hot, especially my ears...
