Liquid Clen Question

This might seem like a stupid question to some of you, but I have never used the Liquid version before. Do you spread out the dose you're taking throughout the day like the pill form, or do you take it all at once?

use it the exact same as the pills spread it out, and im sure you know dont take it after about 4pm

i use the liquid from researchkits take it all at one time wonderful stuff

Does anyone else take it all at once? This would be a whole lot easier. Is it just as effective as spreading the dose out?

you cant tell a difference between taking 40mcg or 120mcg?

i have heard that both ways are effective but dont take late in evening
