When I load my syringe, rather than draw the liquid thru the needle, I remove the pusher from the syringe, remove the stopper from the bottle and pour it into the syringe, then put he pusher back in and hold up the syringe to get the bubbles out. Seems easier than drawing the heavy liquid thru the needle. What are the drawbacks here?

When you put the plunger back in you tend to lose some juice or when pouring it in the syringe and taking the stopper out of the vial isn't a good idea.
Why would you want to do it that way?
