There was some expose of unlicensed body enhancements being done in south beach.

Apparently some bodybuilder went to a guy for pectoral implants (cheater), and when he came to he saw that the "doctor" had taken his money and left him with a nice pair of C cup breast implants.

I say two things:

1. That's what he gets.
2. I wonder if his new rack helps him out with the judges in competition.
