High Blood Pressure
Help!! Im only on my 3rd week of an 14 week cycle of deca @ 400 and test at 500 a week and my blood pressure has crept up to 148/97. What do I do? Should I quit for a while or what?

dont quit.....did you measure it right?? High blood preasure comes with the territory bro. If its stays at an elevated level for a long time, then your in trouble. Just keep an eye on it.RIP - Geared

thanks for your replys. I started taking dandilion root today. I want to try to avoid prescription bp meds. Is 148/97 that bad?Comment
