    Just checking with the pro's. There is the breakdown of my 3rd Cycle.

    1-5 Denkal Dbol @ 30mg/ed
    1-10 QV Enanthate @500mg/ew
    1-18 QV EQ @ 200mg/ew
    10-19 QV Prop @ 100mg/eod
    14-18 T3 @ 25mcg/ed

    .5 Dex/ed
    Clomid Starting week 20

    I do respond well to low doses, and am looking to grow slow over a longer period. Lifting M-T-TH with Low Reps and Heavy Weight.

    Looks pretty good to me bro..

    Here's what I'd suggest:

    Run the enanthate for longer, prop for shorter. I'd say stretch the enanthate out to week 15 or 16 then switch to prop. Won't make much of a difference, but will save you a few pinholes.

    You may also want to consider adding a different oral steroid for your last few weeks of your cycle. Might I suggest winny at 50mg/ed weeks 16-20?

        I'm not a pro but I'll give you my 2cents. I think you should add another workout day in there. Maybe M-T-TH- and Sa. JMHO.

          I agree that you should bump the EQ to 400 or don't even use it at all. it's real mild. Also...I'd highly suggest you workout more often. You're body can handle more when on juice and it's good to use that to your advantage. If you're not a power lifter...workout more than three days a week.
