I haven't been on the board a whole lot lately and just came across this talk about IGF-1. I have a couple questions about it. Can you expect good gains taking it alone? Is 20mcgs daily good enough for a first timer using it? Lastly, I was seeing people reccomending taking it for 6 weeks at a time. Is that correct?

I'll be starting a solo cycle real soon as far as dosage some get good results from 20 but most are starting off at 40-70mcg's,it all depends on how much you got if you got about 1000mcg per vial then I would just start off at 50mcgs that will last you about one month which is how long you want to be on anyway.

i am skeptical. i would do a lot more research and see if u are willing to take all the risks involved in takin igf1... do a little search in this forum i posted an article a while back on it.. many disagree with the article but there is no facts. can go either wayOriginally posted by Shock
