Well, if you are using it to reduce injection pain, you could just use bacteriostatic water, which is just as effective and even cheaper.

Not many people are deficient in B12, especially bodybuilders. In all likelihood you will just be pissing most of the B12 away – literally.

Yes, I have shook the shit out of the syringe to get the oil and water to mix just prior to the injection, but it seems like if I don’t bother to shake it, and just let the water go in first it works better. I have no idea why.

Any excess B12 that your body doesn’t need will simply be excreted in the urine. Only people who have problems absorbing B12 in the intestines due to a lack of intrinsic factor (very uncommon) are at risk of being deficient in B12 (providing that you are getting enough from your diet to begin with). Also, the liver stores a tremendous abundance of B12, so deficiencies are unlikely in normal healthy people.

Studies have also shown that even people that have problems with intrinsic factor can still absorb plenty of B12 orally if large oral dosages are taken regularly.

I think that you meant 150mg and not 150ml. LOL.

I would say that it would depend on the concentration of the prop and how painful it is to you. A good rule of thumb might be a half of a ml of water for every 1ml of prop, and see if that is sufficient. If you work your way up to 1.5ml of water for every 1ml of prop and it still hurts then you might want to consider a different brand of prop or switch to a different ester like cypionate.
