how do you measure the liquidex?

At .25 mg a day, does the dropper have a measurement on it or do you have some other way of measuring it??

It should. If not user a syrenge and measure that way

ok, so if my liquidex is 1mg/ml. then .25 mg = 1/4 ml and that is 1/4 of a cc? is this right?
