well........ i take some bp med bumped up the nolv drank water till i though i was going to drown and rested my feet and they have gone down about half way now!

NOPE! I take bp med! I take one a day and the dr. said if ever gets to high and have head aches could take a low dose one. I have both from the dr. Thanks It is nice to know that people give good advice and not just advice that could hurt you!
